Achieveway Consultants (PVT) LTD uses personal information to assess service requests, communicate with applicants, administer accepted engagements and deliver professional services.

1. Information collected

We may collect your name, contact details, location, age, education or employment profile, selected service and option, destination, intended college or university, programme, intake, consultation preference, document-readiness status, refusal history, payment status, invoice information and communications. The website does not upload or store passport copies, certificates or refusal-letter files.

2. How information is used

Information is used to screen requests, assess service fit, communicate next steps, prevent fraud, maintain service and accounting records, administer invoices and comply with lawful obligations.

3. Payment data

ACHIEVEWAY VISA HUB does not currently collect card or online-banking information. After an accepted engagement, Achieveway may retain invoice details, payment references, amount, method and status for accounting and case administration. Never submit a card number, CVV, password or one-time code through the website, email or WhatsApp.

4. International processing and sharing

Achieveway is based in Sri Lanka. If you apply from Nigeria, the Philippines, China or another country, your enquiry and contact details are transferred to and processed in Sri Lanka. We request your acknowledgement at submission. After your instruction or where necessary for an engaged service, information may be shared with relevant institutions, authorities, application centres and professional service providers in Sri Lanka, your destination country or another relevant location. We do not sell personal information.

5. Document handoff, security and retention

After the portal creates a reference, clients may use the direct WhatsApp link to attach requested assessment documents to Achieveway’s official number. WhatsApp is a separate third-party communication service governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Send only relevant, genuine documents and never send passwords, one-time codes, card details or banking login credentials. No online or messaging system is completely risk-free. Portal records and service communications are retained only as reasonably necessary for assessment, service delivery, compliance, accounting, dispute management and legitimate business purposes.

6. Your choices

You may request access to or correction of inaccurate contact or profile information, withdraw future marketing contact, and ask questions about transfer, retention or deletion. Some legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained after a request. A withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.
