Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of ACHIEVEWAY VISA HUB, the global study, visa and mobility platform operated by Achieveway Consultants (PVT) LTD, and the professional services supplied by Achieveway.
1. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old or act with a parent or lawful guardian. You must provide accurate, complete and current information. Achieveway may pause or discontinue work where information is false, incomplete, inconsistent or unsupported.
2. Service and consultation acceptance
Submitting an online application or consultation booking is a request for service and does not oblige Achieveway or an independent adviser to accept the case or confirm the requested time. We may request further information, recommend a different service, issue a quotation or decline the request where it falls outside our scope, availability or compliance standards.
3. Professional scope and adviser roles
Our role is limited to the service stated in the engagement confirmation or invoice. The 1-hour Student or Visitor Visa Consultation covers profile assessment, education or travel planning, publicly available requirements, document readiness and service direction within the lawful agreed scope. It is not a substitute for personalised immigration advice where a licensed or authorised professional is legally required. New Zealand visitor, dependent/family and applicable non-student refusal advice is provided only through the separately identified Licensed Immigration Adviser, Ankur Garg (IAA No. 201900172), after current licence verification, adviser acceptance and written engagement terms. Australian immigration assistance is provided only if an Australian registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner accepts the matter and issues the applicable written engagement. Paid Canadian immigration advice or representation is provided only through an authorised Canadian representative who accepts the matter. The client remains responsible for truthful information, original supporting documents, deadlines, attendance, financial capacity and compliance with official instructions.
4. No outcome guarantee
Admission, visa, immigration, scholarship, employment and travel decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions, governments and third parties. Achieveway does not guarantee an approval, processing time, interview result or outcome.
5. Fees, currency and commencement
Product prices are not displayed in the portal. The exact amount, currency, scope and payment stage are confirmed in writing only after assessment and case acceptance. Full application and reapplication services proceed only after the responsible provider confirms the service scope. Professional work may commence after payment confirmation and acceptance of the relevant service terms. Fees are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy.
6. Third-party costs and changes
Third-party charges, policies, exchange rates, course availability, immigration rules and processing times may change without notice. The client bears such costs unless expressly included in writing.
7. Documents, payments and appointment confirmation
ACHIEVEWAY VISA HUB records case details and document-readiness status but does not upload or store passport, certificate or refusal-letter files. Documents sent through WhatsApp must be genuine, relevant and readable. ACHIEVEWAY VISA HUB does not currently collect online payments. If a request is accepted, Achieveway sends an official invoice and verified payment instructions through an official contact channel. A payment is treated as received only after verification. A requested consultation date or time window is not final until Achieveway or the named adviser confirms the appointment in writing.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
ACHIEVEWAY VISA HUB is a product mark used by Achieveway Consultants (PVT) LTD. The portal name, website content, templates, strategies and original documents are protected. You may not copy, resell, misuse or submit altered documents containing false information. The ™ symbol indicates a claimed product mark and does not represent registration in every jurisdiction.
9. International clients and contact
Achieveway is established in Sri Lanka. International clients acknowledge that service delivery, payment administration and communications may be handled from Sri Lanka and that official requirements in the destination country remain controlling.
